These general terms and conditions shall regulate the legal relations between myself and clients. General Terms of Use shall enter into force upon its publication, 10 February 2006. and are valid until it changes.

Confidential Information

I will protect confidentiality of personal information that you provide in connection with the establishment of the customer relationship and use them only for personal use, and the law for certain purposes. Read more on my Privacy Policy.

In case of change of data related to user registration (address, phone number, name, etc..), The user is obliged to me about the change without delay notify in writing, not later than 8 days from the date of change. Otherwise, it shall be deemed that the delivery is based on existing data properly executed.

Guarantee the confidentiality of the information contained in the materials on projects and keeping trade secrets, intellectual and industrial property, patents contained in these materials, whether registered or not.

I can not be responsible for the safety data submitted to the insecure channel over which no control.

Username and password

In order to provide some services, the user will provide the use of a username and password (or more) used to authenticate access to the services I provide, that the user is obliged to protect against unauthorized use.

The user is responsible for all activities conducted under this user name and password.

May deny the user access to services if you notice any unauthorized use of your username.

In case of abuse or suspected abuse of a username, a user agrees to have the right to charge for all costs incurred under his user name, by the time I report abuse.

Rules regarding the hosting services

I have the right to request reimbursement of costs from users that have caused unacceptable or illegal use of services.

I reserve the right to disable or terminate your access to any service users in the case assessment that the service is not used appropriately.

In order to ensure free and unimpeded use of services, these actions are unacceptable and strictly prohibited:

• publishing or broadcasting information that directly violate existing local and / or international laws
• publishing or disseminating information that is known or presumed to be false, and whose use could cause damage to other people
• send or transmit advertisements or promotional materials to other Internet users without their consent or request (SPAM)
• publishing, broadcasting or sending content that is protected by law

• publication, posting or transmitting abusive, threatening, vulgar, racist or chauvinistic contents
• false representation, or representation on behalf of other legal or natural persons
• unauthorized use of someone else's account or e-mail address
• publication, posting or transmitting content that offer services or products in the form of chain letters
• all acts that directly or indirectly may compromise security or smooth operation of other users, or operation of services
• publication of adult content, including pornography and other inappropriate content, the leased
• publication of pirated and other illegal content on the leased premises, including but not limited to: cracking, hacking, phishing, phreaking, as well as providing connections (links) to such facilities.
• excessive consumption of CPU resources of the server (if more than 5 days per month consumed more than 5% of the total processing time)

Hosting packages are exclusively for use by the owner. Owners of hosting packages are not authorized to resell the reserved package or give to third parties hosted on the leased premises unless with me not to conclude such an agreement. Hosting services are defined as: enabling third parties to hold their own web content on a particular account which are not the owners. The exception to this rule include: banners, ads and personal ads.

Any over-exploitation of resources and damage to servers or other users is strictly forbidden and leads to the elimination of service without notice. The user agrees to the space available is used in a way that does not compromise the available resources or other users of the system as a whole.

Gross violation of the rules has resulted in cancellation of the service without notice. I am not responsible for any damage or claim which may arise from the user's non-compliance with these rules. Customer agrees that he will catch any possible cost to third parties arising from improper use of services.

System maintenance and backup

I am working regular technical system maintenance, the change from old software to new versions, a change for the better hardware components, change Internet and the like. All these changes are made in good faith with a view to improving services and in order to eliminate current and potential future problems. Some of the services will be unreachble during system maintenance.

I am obliged to inform customers about planned system upgrades that may affect the ability to service delivery.

In case of damage, try to restore all the data related to your services, which are on my or your backup system, where technically feasible.

I have an obligation to each customer's service to keep at least one backup copy of the information under 7 days.

Rules relating to domain

Undertake to register all domain name so they publicly stated that the owner of the client and the information will be listed on the WHOIS service, unless otherwise contracted. This allows the client to the government domain and that the desire can do transfers your domain name to another registrar, and thus prove the domain ownership.

Domains are registered for a specific period and will enable the functioning of the domain name registered in the period. Warning before the expiration of service, suspension and deletion

Client's will be notified by e-mail 14 days before the end of service, or in some other way that emphasizes service and client to send a quote for extension services. If the client fails to pay within 7 days of issuing the invoice, we will contact the client and check whether or not to get a quote. The day when the service ceases to be valid, the user names will be suspended and the client will not be able to use the service. After 14 days of expiration of service, if the client does not renew the service, I have the right to delete all data related to customer service, which may include all data backups.

If the payment is realized, you will receive your proof of purchase.

In order to use the domain unpaid, have the right to use the domain and redirected it to their needs.

In case of rough violations of rules, have the right to deactivate a service, without prior notice.

The client is obliged to submit any change in personal data (name, address, phone). I do not answer if you do not receive a warning, estimate or account for erroneous data.

Prices and payment terms

Under the customer relationship means all services that have been agreed between the user and me for a period of time, and for which the user has paid for in full. Services provided are calculated and charged according to the price list. Exclusion of liability

I support customers in good faith and within the specific circumstances of the case. Not responsible for any damages and expenses incurred in the process of providing support.

The user agrees that there is a possibility that my services are not always available and is not responsible for the damage. The Internet is international computer network which do not control, but I only connected, and therefore can not guarantee availability of services that are not under my control.

I will not be liable for any damages or lost profit arising during necessary system maintenance, which could have an impact on the quality of my services.

We do not assume any responsibility for the damage that can eventually caused temporary or permanent interruption of the customer relationship for non-payment of past due accounts, or breach of conditions.

Written estimates, invoices and contracts

In communication with the client will use the primary e-mail, and will be via e-mail and send documents that do not have to go through other channels.

Through E-mail/Fax/Mail will provide the quote. Preliminary estimate the client is not bound to pay, and no legal consequences and it can and can not to pay.

I will sign a contract with the client for each service for which: 

• estimate that the contract required
• the client requests a contract

The duration of user relationship

The client has a legal or natural person who buys from me using the services or service ordered. By ordering service user accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy. If a user with me sign the service agreement, the provisions of the contract will take precedence over the terms and conditions of use.

For accommodation websites and other services to lease space, goods and rights, the duration of customer relationship begins by paying an agreed amount for the service and continues for the duration of the service, unless otherwise provided by agreement entered into between me and the user.

Action benefits

From time to time organize a special promotion / special offer for new or existing customers. Special offer can and will include a new provision for conditions of use which apply only to that action, and only if it is explicitly stated in the conditions of use.

Termination of customer relationship

Both parties can terminate the contract at any time. Fees that are paid do not have an obligation to return.

Dispute resolution

Final Provisions

General Terms and Conditions shall enter into force upon their publication on my site or in any other appropriate way for it and apply it to all users who have intercourse founded by the user after that day. User agrees to comply with the right to change the Terms, in which case the user will be duly notified.

Relations based on the user prior to the publication of these Terms, the same will apply after the expiry of 30 days from their publication, provided that users do not use that term on the right end (terminate) the customer relationship.
